A few Garnet pieces

I'll try and post a clearer pic. but they are so small.

In the bottom photo is all of the garnet I have found so far, the darker bigger pieces came from a rock,(bottom right) the bigger Red pieces (upper right) I found in the creek behind my house in caliente, some, in the creek in Havilah,ca.I also found a few in keyesville. It's a treasure find everyday..but still no gold!!

I have a ruby ring with very small diamonds around it to set it off, just about the same size as your garnets. they also use those for sand paper.

Welcome to the Tnet.That is Soooooo cool. Give us some specifics please. How, suroundings,setting etc. I think that is cool stuff. Congrats on your great finds. HH
