It was a toasty 102 degrees here today - I think I lost about 10 pounds of sweat for the two hours I put in today. I did manage to pull out the two wheaties below - a 1927 and 1928 - the '28 was around 4 inches deep and on its side - the '28 was laying right on top of the ground!!!

I also found the small heart pendant - it was under an apple tree - I also managed to find the fire ant bed under that apple tree too - I'm not sure which was worse, the heat or the ants!!!! :D

Cool finds looks like there might have been a rose or another kind of flower on that pendant.
