If the coin is not valuable due to wear and bing in the ground for a couple hundred years but you want to clean it for your own personal collection you can try MS70. There is nothing in it other than general purpose cleaners but put together makes a strong cleaner. you can find out more about it at http://mymdforum.com/wp/ms70/ . I have used it on copper coins with pretty good luck but remember not to use it on coins you believe to be valuable or rare.
