Papal City States "Quattrino" Bologna, 1706-1756

I had the opportunity to do some detecting while on vacation in Italy, and found these two Copper coins about four feet from each other in a vineyard. The first is somewhat recognizable, and I can see what looks like a lion? and on the reverse several letters. The second is completely caked with dirt, and rinsing it off with water didnt help. Any help would be great!
