Big Ring, indian head penny, and some silver

Found these this past weekend, it's a silver (old) ring with an unknown stone. House has Rev. War ties as well as War of 1812 ties. Owners were very well to do family. Property is large and always has been. Many parties, gatherings there. Looking for anyone who may have info or comments on this. Thanks.
Have added a few of the coins found as well. Also, not pictured was a buffalo nickel that looked as if it was shot. Kind of cool.

jeric2, Hey ! these are very nice finds indeed ! The ring however is not Victorian - it is in fact
most likely native American made , and almost certainly Navajo made - I think circa 1970's -90's
is a more accurate date, by the ornate style -( twist wire surrounding the bezel , the size and cut ,
of the stone - the stamping on the outer periphery of the ring- is indeed a more modern touch )
The ring is a very nice find - the quality of the craftwork is outstanding ! Almost certainly - your
ring was made in the areas of Santa Fe, NM. or Albuquerque NM. , or possibly in Arizona or ,
Colorado -( in or near Navajo country ) A ring of that quality would likely sell (retail) in Santa Fe
for between $200. and $300 bucks . Argentium.

That is a gorgeous turquoise ring - I love a stone with matrix in it!! Did it have markings on the inside? (I agree Native Amer. - maybe it has artist's stamp?)

no marks. it's older than what has been suggested. sorry to disagree fellas. perhaps I'm wrong, but having it in hand and seeing it, I just would be VERY surprised if it's not much older. I will take it to have someone look at it.
