Estate sales and metal detecting combined! Woke up early to hit a local estate sale. Scored a nice stereo receiver and a pair of vintage license plates. On my way out I asked the owner (who was moving) if I could come back with my metal detector and hunt his yard. He was very nice and agreed to let me come back.

Went back after lunch and had high hopes as this was a mid 1800s farmhouse. Nothing too exciting as far as the finds go but it was a beautiful day to be swinging, especially with snow just around the corner. Pulled this 1917 Mercury dime, so as far as I'm concerned today was a good day!
