I agree. Apparently, this guy caused or is part of some big ruckus on another forum and believes that some of the people he has pissed off are after him. He went through this site and others deleting posts with pictures he's posted which is what happened here. I kid you not!

Who knew metal detecting could have so much intrigue!

A - Keep the ruckus on the other Forum.

B - It is prudent for anyone on the Web to NOT post photos that contain the GPS data. With GPS active, post pics of a public place?.....no big deal. Take pics of your finds at home with it on?.....could go badly. Check out the thread lostcauses posted above.

You can turn off geotagging in most phones so it does not attach geodata to the image. I did it in my cell, but I turn it back on when I travel.
