Hey Gio, if you are in Canada, your soldier may be a kneeling rifleman by Breslin, manufactured by brothers Sam and Ed Breslin of Toronto. It was a copy of an American-made soldier of that same time period (before, during, and after WW2.) Just an educated hunch, based on a grainy photograph in my old Toy Soldier Identification guide. I love finding old toys of any kind, no soldiers yet though.
