    Yeah I was surprised too, but oh well, what're you gonna do? I know that islets a great and rare find and I appreciate it and that's all that counts

    Over 200 years old? Am I reading this right? That button is in amazing condition. I am not knowledgable on buttons but would think this is a very significant find. Congratulations to you sir. Very nice.

    Yes, if you dig early buttons sooner or later something good will happen! I've had the disbelief thing happen a few times with a button find and hope to live it again.

    Oh wow thank you for all your replies! I wasn't expecting such an influx! Bob and I are gonna be hitting this spot again at least twice over the course of this next week, and many other places, seeing as that he has the week off from work and Norma will be in another state so she won't ba able to hinder us! Yay!
