Found a little hill today that was used for target practice

by both the Union and Confederate forces at different times. This site has never had a metal detector on it. Some of the holes were giving up multiple targets. All together the total was 58 bullets in a little over 2 hours. The standouts were 2 Confederate 69 Prussians, one fired and one dropped. Got a few fired Enfields also. The rest were standard 58 caliber minnies and musket balls. Also found 3 iron grapeshot and several shotgun shells. It was a beautiful day in Southeastern Virginia with the many of the leaves already turning on the trees. Suprisingly no brass was found but now I've got a lock on where they were fired from....... wish me luck!
