Happy Trails Update 12/06/06 Day's are growing Colder, still Finding Coins!
Hi all,
Well we got out again, thought we were done for awhile, but it turned nice out and I called my partner Gary. Of course he said let's go!
Gary did very good, he found a really nice SL Quarter 1929 & a Washington Quarter 1932. He also found 2 Roosevelt's 1952 D & 1964 and 1 Mercury Dime 1941. He found a buffalo nickel 1936 and a war nickel 1944 S. Also found 9 wheat penny's and a Virgin Mary pin.
I found 1946 Roosevelt dime and a 1943 S War nickel. I also found 18 wheat penny's and a button. I also found a nice rubber fish and a metal coup car, really old, even has rubber wheels.
We both found a lot of clad coins and a lot of trash.
Well that's about all for now, the weather turned really cold today, so I started cleaning my finds from this year. Called the bank and they said just bring the coins up after I clean them and they would run them through there counter.
