Can anyone identify what this grommet may have been on? Stamped JUAN GIRAL | MIRO. BARCALONA. I found it today in a farm field next to railroad tracks. Only thing I have found so far is a Juan Miro was an artist born in BARCALONA Spain in 1893.

if its got a slit all the way around the edge, then it looks like a tarpaulin ring.

Also looks a little bit like the snapper/popper button pieces.

This find was manufactured in Barcelona,Spain in the 19th century, the name of Juan Giral, a prominent businessman
I find these documents from a company called Juan Giralt perhaps the same factory but with the misspelled name (no surname Giral without T) I not sure that this makes only glass bottles :dontknow:
