I recently found a reasonably large rock in a river in New Zealand. I thought it might of been greenstone but a quick google search found that it looks nothing alike. When fully dry it's a darkish green colour (also it has different shades of green) but when wet it's very dark green. It's not shiny or anything I have no idea weather this is just a 'green rock' or if it's something more. Please help me
