Sheesk you east coast guys get a bunch of great coins. Seems that your sandboxes over there are just brimming with reales, colonials, large cents, etc... haha

" few and far between" is fine when it's Spanish silver that pops out. Great coin and nice buckles too. Looks like a fun spot

Thanks guys....

We were there for two hours so, pretty much just scratched the surface.. My hunting partner was in a different part of the field and found 2 draped bust LCs 2 KGs 1 NJ copper and his first Flying Eagle cent.

This is what detecting in the Northeast is all about...

Good lord man. You guys covered 1/1000 of 1% of that field. That's 10 years of hunting with 5 months of frozen ground and 5 months of crops. I'd kill for a field that size! Sweet find!!!

Ha, the scary thing is I took that picture at about the middle of the farm, not from the edge
