lead cloth seal question

Found the lead cloth seal...thanks to the people who helped ID it....and have a question

What do the numbers etched on the back mean? Mine has 68 and 194 underneath.

It's probably the length and width of the fabric, but the weight also was stamped onto the cloth seals.
