I found this late today on my second hunt.
I called a guy with the same last name and he said his brother had passed away in December and he didn't want it.
I think he was 76.

I used Ajax ,water and tooth brush first. Than I looked it over to see were it needed the most work and used Ajax between my fingers. went over it again . Dried it and rubbed my fingers around it to put some body oil on it to shine it up.

After doing some research on Mary Ann I have came up with a name of a 77 year old woman who lives in Naples ,Fla.
The phone no. didn't work so I sent her a copy of the love token and the story. Hope she writes me back or calls.
Let you all know what happens. Give it a few weeks. rd

I had typed in Mary Ann Roddis online and there was an obituary notice of a woman who lived in Rochester,Mn. at one time and she had a sister living in Fla. I copied it and sent it to her asking a few questions and this is what I got back. I blanked out the address. Well I will send it to her and ask her again if she new the guy .

Thanks Andi. I would think she was the person and new the guy. Both were about the same age and lived in Rochester at one time. I just wish she would have said so and I will still send it to her.
