Couldn't sleep, so when the sun came out, I hit the local elementary school.

Ended up with ring number 3 for me! Possibly silver(Non magnetic, rung up where a silver dime would on the Ace 250) Tho no markings. Bonus.JPG Ring Back.JPG Ring Front.JPG

Update: I tested it with a drop of bleach and it tarnished, so I'm going to say it's silver.

Yeah it might be silver and there are scratch ceramic / acid test kits made for checking for silver. Just got one in yesterday here, so I am now ready to check for what K grade gold is and test for silver or platinum. =D

Always a good thing to add to the ring count.
It also pays to get up early!!

I did the same exact thing this am, but only found 2.00 dollars in clad. Great find!

I found around 2.00 in clad as well, I don't think this school is actively being detected lots of quarters found which can be unusual for me. Tons of penny hits that I passed over for another day as well.

even though i usually find newer coins, i love working the school yards. I've yet to find anything of great value though. Nice find.
