The old neckerchief slide. Those are cub scout models, bear and wolf. If you find the Webelo slide you'll have a complete set.

I actually used to wear those things long ago in another lifetime.

The first one is a tiger Cub Scout slide, the second one is wolf and third is bear. The webelos scout ones are square.
