I have an estate sale find that has been difficult for me to date. I also cannot determine what type of garment this belonged to. Is it military? The front has the letters FR on the birds breast. The back has "WILM.BERG" stamped on it and I can not determine what this is in reference to either. It is curved vertically which does not really show up in these pictures. My guess is that it is pre-WWII.
