Spokane is 30 degrees out, ground is frozen(only the first 3 inches) so what kind of an idiot would have to go metal detecting? ME! Found a tiny gold ring 3 inches in the frozen dirt, and a token for a glass of Bier (any help on from where or time frame would be helpful.) Found 17 clad coins also. God I love this hobby
Thanks for looking

Nothing like a small piece of gold to warm the heart on a cold hunt. :)

Nice finds. The token is German and says "good for a glass of beer." Wish I could help you on which country or when it was minted.

Yeah , I think 375 makes sense , the 9 there would relate to 9K Whereas 10K=41.7 % Looks like you have a 9K band- which I'm guessing
is European - not U.S.

Very cool finds, I was out in the cold yesterday, guess all those years working in it and playing in it (hunting, fishing) got me used to it. As long as I'm moving and dressed right I don't get very cold.
I know for me, finding gold is by far my favorite. Only us metal detecting people can appreciate it, anybody else seeing us in the cold think we need our heads examined.

Grats on the great finds! Gold is nice, but that token is sweet too! If I had to choose, it'd be hard to decide which one I like better. Good job digging it all up in the cold ground, brother! I'm the same way. I'll dig until I just cant get a shovel into the ground anymore, then its time to drink hot coffee and sit closer to the woodstove, hahah! Supposed to be 60F and rainy here Monday, and I will probably be out in it, and cooler like 50 on Tuesday, and I probably will be out in that too!
