Need some help! Possible civil war souvenir medal?

Didn't find much today but a few things. A friend of mine took me to couple of new places. One was a mile back in the woods. Anyway I took several shots of this copper medal. Would appreciate any help. I believe its say Lt. Wooster you can see the Lt in the green on some of the pics.
