Being from Michigan, It could be the Motion company that did performance upgrades on Camaros. If so, collectors would probably be all over it.

I found it in a trash dump dating from the 1890s to the 1960s in Michigan. If that was what company the seal was for, that would be very cool!

Thanks to everyone who commented. I am sad I had to take apart the stamper, but it was worth it to me. The mechanism that makes it work was broken and all the parts were rusted together. I am very happy I can finally see what the seal says because it has been bugging me for over a year now. This is the first and last time I will try to take apart an antique.
