Just found this about 15 minutes ago, was mixed in with a box of tossed out silver-plated forks and knives.

Well the whole thing weights 76 grams. According to a silver website sterling knife handles are usually "30-35% of the total weight". So likely 22.8 grams - 26.6 grams. Pretty good in my book. :icon_king:

So just the handle is about 1 oz so $16 just in scrap value....hopefully you can get a bit of a premium selling it intact.

Nice score! You saved the plated stuff too, right? If the pieces are too junky to sell as-is the plated Brass and the superior Nickel Silver is good scrap.
