These finds are from the last week. Haven't had alot of time recently to detect or post a picture. Daughter had a dance recital, getting ready for a vacation to Florida, longer work hours recently and an extremely long list of honey-do's!! Two pieces of gold, both 14k white gold found with my Ace 250 swinging in wood chips. Two pieces of silver found on the same day using the Explorer 2, both signals very bad sounding, the Merc right up against a nail. piece of gold off an ear ring found as well. also found the last week was about 20 bucks in clad, just didn't picture it. The day I found the two pieces of silver I spent most of my time picking up after an idiot with a detector who didn't cover his holes and left his trash on the ground. Was so pi%%$d off just packed it in and came home after cleaning his mess!!

Nice haul, Jack!
It's frightening to think there's someone out there making messes. If he/she keeps it up, the gates will get locked and "No Metal Detecting" signs will spring up.

Anyway. Congrats on the finds!

That's too bad, a real 1864 gold sovereign is worth a few hundred bucks ;D
