Well, here in Upstate NY, we are outta luck hoser...air temperature was -18F with -40F wind chills. The good news concerning frozen soil is that buried coins will get moved around and be available in the spring. Silvers this year...Washington quarter in a grocery store CoinStar, and a war nickel in change.
