King George I Woods Hibernia, unkown copper, various silver, other oldies.

Hunted a new water site and came up with over 300 years of history. King George I woods hibernia that appears off struck, an unknown copper coin with lots of writing(just can't make it out), walking liberty half, barber dime, mercury dimes, hand forged brass spikes, 1800's buckle, old silver ring, and other misc items. Also found a lead bag seal but unfortunately I lost it. Beautiful site but a real pain to hunt, lots and lots of bricks and rocks. Thanks for looking, Mike image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

Thanks, that's actually the King George II, the other one I cannot make out. It was part of a conglomerate of rusted iron and much of the coin is too far gone.

Still a sweet hunt to find old history toasty or not beats being at work

Great digs. You can probably bet that mystery coin is of the age of the other 2 coppers. Any day with three old coppers is a day to remember.
