Hit a little jackpot today down by the shore!

First find was this 3g 14K Gold signet ring.

Video of the find:

Later found a 1937 Walking Liberty Half, a 1944 Washington, a 1964 Washington, and a big silver chain with a cool looking medallion on it. The chain is sterling 13.5g while the medallion is 3.1g and is made of sterling with a 14K gold loop. The medallion is of St. Benedict and it has the Latin inscription on it, "Vade retro Satana! Nunquam suade mihi vana! Sunt mala quae libas. Ipse venena bibas!""Begone Satan! Never tempt me with your vanities! What you offer me is evil. Drink the poison yourself!"

The medallion:

What shore?? No need to narrow it down. East coast or west, or the Gulf??

A true pirate never reveals the location of his loot. :tongue3:
Just kidding, it was on Long Island, about 10 miles west of the last know location of Captain Kid's buried treasure, no joke. I think I'm getting close to where the infamous privateer turned pirate may have stashed more of it, but so far I've only found relatively modern treasure :treasurechest::laughing7:

looks like you covered it all, well, except aluminum. Can you not find an easy thing like aluminum?

I saw some aluminum foil if that counts, but it had something gross in it - I think it was the remains of a half eaten chicken leg. :tongue3:

Fantastic gathering of treasure.
Pulling gold and silver out of the surf in high winds and cold water can be very challenging. A tip of the hat to you sir.
