Had the day off and hit up a few old places, it rained off and on all day....... found several wheats two Indians 1903 and a almost mint 1904 and a 1905 V Nickel. And the old tire gauge. Nothing super awesome but better than working!

Amazing Indian Head! However, I really like the pic with the United States Tire Company gauge. Very nostalgic with all those amazing old coins! Nice job!

Any patent dates on that tire gauge? I found one once, a Goodyear I believe, with patent dates around 1898-1902.

I never would have guessed that those are dug coins, especially the 1904 IH! If you have any copper cleaning secrets, please share!

Congrats on digging a fist full of keepers. The V nickel is in way better shape than the "ONE" I dug. I wonder how far you are from me. I live near Oberlin Ohio.

it looks like 1909, but it has a scratch right there, so I cannot be sure
