It looks like a watch or keychain fob. Just a guess though. Nice find.

No doubt related to Naval (Marines) base or Naval Hospital.
I'd say it has some age to it as well.

Definitely a Marine Corps fob of some sort, with Camp LeJeune stamped on the back.
