Here are some of my better finds from the spring so far. My favorite was the KG III. I found my second SLQ ever and my first fatty IHP. Got a permission at a 1940's house that is about to be torn down and found an 1800's flat button, Colonial shoe buckle and 1/2 crotal bell buried deep in the yard. You just never know! I also found the old tire pressure gauge (patent date 1916) at the same location. Link to the YouTube video for some other finds not shown, including my first Coinstar machine find...2 silvers! Thanks for looking.

The look of the Britannia & the off-set strike makes me think the Geo III maybe a counterfeit. Might be worth weighing?

The show buckle likely dates from right around the half penny. Definitely worth weighing the half penny, but often you can notice the weight of off by just holding a counterfeit. That said, it could be a Machin Mills...

Congrats

Not Machin Mills. Doesn't line up with known varieties. Many differences. Really nice KG! Congrats

Nice buckle, and a Geo III with a visible date.
Also like the key, only got 2 in 9 years.

Great saves, especially the KG and the buckles! Love colonial stuff. I'd keep hitting that area.
