Last two hunts: pewter, CW token, silver, buttons...y

Time has been scarce lately. I got out for about two minutes today with the Basstards, and about 1.5hrs Tuesday.

Finds are thinning out, but a few to mention were a crusty pewter button, a 1-franc ribbit from 1918, and a roached CW token.

I have a great new site lined up for the weekend. Official records date its use from 1665, but it's unofficial use dates much earlier. We shall see.

Great stuff Scrappy. I like the French coin, reminds me of a walking Liberty half or SLQ. It's interesting how so much coinage has had similar designs and themes throughout history, and all over the world.

Thanks DD. The frenchie coin was something I've never unearthed before so that's always refreshing. Funny part is the other two Basstards were there for an hour and I was there 5 minutes and scored a nice silver coin. Hahahahahahha!!!
