So i was out detecting at a park with my cousin and he digs this awsome ring. To me it looks Victorian can anyone tell me more?

It has 925 with s square around it that is the only writing on the band. The stone is a dark red. It could bd a ruby.

If it's marked 925 I'm fairly sure it's modern. Still a Beautiful ring..
