Been visiting our son this week down here in Oklahoma. I get out early with this heat, and was at my spot by 6:45 . Spent 2 quick hours hunting and scored this sterling silver ring that was found in a park. I spent 20 minutes on my hands and knees looking for the stone, but it wasn't meant to be. On my way out, I spotted a few cacti plants and decided to get creative with the photo op. The pics loaded sideways. Sorry just cant figure this teckie stuff out. Hey I just realized if I find around 99 more rings, I may catch Sub and Scuba this year ! Not even gonna try. Good hunting to all.

I wouldn't try to catch Sub or Scuba D! Those guys have ring factories in their basements!

Nice find. Congrats!

TH, congrats on a really nice chunker. Your soil looks much more dry and hard then ours, ugh. I agree with our friends, have a nice CZ or synthetic gemstone put in that beauty and enjoy it! I have had several of my silver rings repaired, or re-stoned, and it was well worth it. If you are pushing 99 rings, then that is an awesome haul so far this year, congrats!

Notice any similarities to your "ring on top of a cactus" photo? :laughing7:

I don't have a mobile, but I know, that if you hold sideways that's the way it loads on here.

Hey Sub, I'm not pushing 99 rings, I wrote that I would need to find 99 more to catch you and Scuba but wouldn't even try. This is only my 2nd ring for the year. I usually hunt fields in Illinois and dont find many rings. The hunting is different here in Oklahoma so I mostly hit parks. Yes, cool similarities. Maybe I just found a cactus minion !
