Was up all night, not an ache in my back.
Temps in the Upper 50's for one more day & No rain predicted till Tonight.
so I decided I had to get out.

on the way I had a sign

so I figured there must be a pot of gold waiting for me.

nope ! Rain that wasn't supposed to be there :(

by the time I got to my hunting spot just a misting yet.

I think I need a Back Brace. :tongue3:
When I Stand Straight up Or get on my Knees to dig I'm fine.
But when I'm walking along Swinging , my bungee harnesses is pulling down on my back.
I may have to try Hunting without the Harness, But the weight alone may cause the same problem
right now.

that's why I think I need a longer rest then 2 days

I hope you feel better. I don't know back pain but I do know neck pain. Any pain stinks.

And I thought I would see some pictures of you being chased by a bear. RATS. Can't have everything I guess. Glad you tried to get out.

I knew back Ache & Stiffness. But I tell you What.
I always felt Back Pain was not really that Bad.
just rest a few hours and forget it.
Till Now. this hurts so much it actually feels like I got Punched or shot in The back
right behind my heart. has to be a sprained muscle.

But anyway, enough of the WaWaWa I'm hungry :laughing7:

Could be a pinched nerve or really stiff knotted muscle. Woke up in tears last spring, could not move my right arm and too much pain around the neck under omoplata. It was cutting my respiration sometimes. Deep massages and hot pads helped a lot, hopes it will work for you.

hope you make it through these rough times Jeff. I noticed light patches in the older pics, To me this is fill dirt. I love using the areials site and it has shown me where to concentrate my hunts especially when I see where fill dirt was brought in.

I spent nearly a year eating pain pills, got massages, bought a new mattress, and the problem turned out to be my new shoes. My feet didn't hurt and I never suspected they were making my back hurt, but when I went back to my old brand of shoes my back troubles went away. Now I know to avoid buying stylish shoes to please the wife.

I haven't changed anything that I can pinpoint only thing gnawing at me is
the thought mosquitoes or tics both list muscle aches as a symptom.
but because it's the only symptom that matches. I can't say for sure.

I wish I could Rub dirt in it & Shake it off :laughing7:

I believe the Light Patches are (Were) where they Graded for leveling the Ball Field.
I have gotten a Couple barber Dimes in that area in the past (first Base area)

Good luck with the back, I have had my share of back problems and my sciatic nerve. Doing pretty good right now,but that can change real fast. That CZ-21 kills my back even with a harness. :tongue3:
Great Pictures,
How do you get the Arial pictures? Is there a way to copy off goggle maps. I thought it would be easy, but have not found out how yet. Maybe something like print screen or something?

I understand the bad back completely, I hope you heal up quickly. I dusted my stuff off and was going to hit up a possible old CW camp and bent down, when I stood up, stabbing pain nearly brought me to my knees. Getting old sure does suck.

it's called "Screen Grab" or "Screen Shot"

But Print Screen is the starting Action

I have three bulging disc and 1 fractured vertebrae they call it wedging so I feel your pain.(20+yrs of truck driving and 3 accidents)That is what has curtailed my hunting.I still get out occasionally but pay for it the next day.Hopefully yours is muscle related and heals itself. That is why I like water hunting it takes the weight of the machine away, in my opinion and also easier on the knees and back.

Maybe we should take up a collection on here to get you a Gold Scorpion.

Get well, and get back out there.

Don't overdo it man, let it heal and you'll be back in action at full capacity.

Every so often my right rotator cuff and tendons are excruciating. That's my swinging arm, and also the arm that does all the labour at work. Just gotta take care of it and let it heal or suffer longer.

Hope you feel better soon

Hang in there Jeff, i'm getting you a riding mower unit to attach to that!...just as soon as i hit the lottery.
Darn back pain comes and goes! I usually take pain meds before i venture out. Here lately the knees and ankles are doing me in...at lest the aching body parts are taking turns, if they all hurt at the same time, i'd be in the ER.
.....i refuse to give up!!!
