Got out for a few hours yesterday after work and finally found my first silver jewelry for 2017, a silver ring. Not sure if the stones are turquoise or not, I like to think they are.
Not much more was found. The kid found 7 wheats, 2 junker rings and a pretty worn 1918-S merc. My only other keepers were 5 wheats and two older dog tags.
We both found clad with a few 65 and 66 quarters and dimes in the bunch and plenty of trash.

Some really nice finds there. That ring looks really sweet and like it has some age to it. Congrats to you Mister.

I'm guessing it is. I'll have to take it somewhere to find out for sure.

Well done DS!

Congrats on the ring. I like finding rings... something about a personal item falling off of someone's finger... makes it special.

Best of luck to you sir!

Great find, deershed!! Yeah, rings are fun dig up........I tend to spend more time inspecting them than the coins!!
Still, gotta admire the Merc, too!!
