Last night while rummaging through trash from a house clean-out I found these two Sterling Sliver Wallace salt and pepper shakers:

This morning I stopped by the dump and found this 100-year-old 80%-silver Bohemian serving spoon:

Finally this afternoon I went to the low tide beach and found some clad coins, an Edwardian penny, and a silver ring:

All I know is they belonged to someone who either died, moved away in a hurry, or was evicted from their rental. The whole place was being cleaned out. This was the only Sterling but in addition to the shakers there were also silver-plated candle holders and cutlery, someone knew how to have a refined meal at the dinner table, I doubt the original owner was the one who tossed everything, very sad as these were likely precious to someone way back.

Awesome saves on history and silver. It amazes me what people toss. I wonder if they saw the candle holders and cutlery we're plated and just stopped checking to chuck it all. Great job recovering all this stuff.

Dumpster diving, Bottle Dump, and metal detecting. That is what I call a trifecta day.
Congrats.

Nice job! That sure is a ton of silver! Cool Edward Penny also, very hard to find any English coins post-1800 in the states.
