Found these first 2 rings today on an old hill 1 is 925 silver the other has no markings and through a jewelers loop has no pits and is much shinier than the 925 silver ring and heavier but no markings on it ???? any guesses it did ring up 47 on the AT PRO also lots of trinkets enjoy the pics. I also got a 1905 v nickle not pictured its soaking I find much more when I ground balance AT PRO with sensitivity turned down 2 notches then turn GB down by 8 then turn up sensitivity seems to work excellent in 20170626_165744.jpg 20170626_165810.jpg 20170626_165759 (1).jpg 20170626_165709 (1).jpg 20170626_164034 (1).jpg 20170626_163935.jpg 20170626_163918.jpg 20170626_163858.jpg 20170626_163810.jpg 20170626_163744.jpg 20170625_131619.jpg 20170625_131439.jpg 20170625_131439.jpg 20170625_131439.jpg 20170625_124247 (1).jpg I'm my area. I also learned with the pro pointer if I find the target to keep the pointer in the hole turn it off then back on and it narrows the signal to right on it instead of beeping the whole time its in the hole. These are my finds today and last week end. I hesitate to post some time cause I see all these great finds like some one just dug up a museum or found Paul reveres pocket book lol Thanks for looking

47 on the AT Pro with a ring that size is either stainless steel or platinum... Being that platinum is almost always marked, I would lean more towards stainless. It would be interesting to know the weight. I am rootin' for platinum!!!

Congrats on the double ringer.
The "47" has the look of gold to it. It's in the right VDI range also. Good luck Tommy,, I hope it's gold.

With it only weighing nearly 5 grams that would be stainless. A platinum of gold ring of that size would be closer to 8 grams

Possibly tungsten?? I've found 3-4 tungsten rings and I believe the ring up around the 50s on the gold bug pro detector. Also I've noticed that all of my tungsten rings, (even my wedding band) don't have engraved markings on the inside like a gold or silver ring usually does. They usually have like almost a printed hallmark on the inside, usually with the manufacturer name and "tungsten " somewhere in there. Could have possibly rubbed off? Who knows! Like the others said though, I'll keep my fingers crossed for platinum!!! Wouldn't that be nice [emoji106]๐Ÿป keep us updated!

Doubt if its tungsten, it reads around 70+ on the at pro, nice finds though.
