I found these 2 brothers yesterday. Usually my coins look like the crusty ones. I found the silver spoon piece today near the same place. Old foundations are bringing me luck. Silver is always rare. Happy hunting. These little coins sure keep me going. 0913171641b-1.jpg

keep in mind those indians will give a much jumpier signal compared to the wheaties.

I had to Google the composition. 1859-64 were 88 percent copper, 12 percent nickel. 1864-1909 were 95 percent copper and 5 percent tin or zinc. Wheat pennies are 95 percent copper and 5 percent zinc. Interesting!
