Hi Folks
Hope all are well over here.

A couple of days ago I had a seven silver day at one of my permissions.

I didn't realize at the time that this was a part of a much larger spill of coins...

Today I went back to the same area and well.. It was epic, and I don't use that word...

There were Walker and Franklin Halves, Buffalo's and Jefferson's, Wheats, Roosevelt's, Mercury's, slq's and Washingtons and about five pieces of clad...

I did some facebook live videos if you would like to check them out
( I fixed the links this morning, perhaps the original link was too long... They go to my facebook live video)
First half of the spill..

and then my logging friend used his skidder to move away some of the debris and rocks above and I discovered more..

22 Roosevelt's - Not including the 6 from the other day
8 Mercury Dimes
4 Buffalo Nickles
8 Wheats
42 Jeffersons
1 Clad dime
6 Clad lincolns
1 Clad Quarter

That IS awesome! Worth much more today than it was 51 years ago...It's what we all look for...a hand full of silver or gold!! 8-)
Tell us a little more GKman.
I'm voting BANNER!:goldtrophy:

Thanks everyone.. I found nothing in the pile of debris (rocks, parts of trees, some soil) I found everything either under the debris that my buddy pushed away with his skidder and the larger portion was near the debris near a stump of a tree that was probably non existent in 1966 or pretty small.. I suppose I could count the rings to see what may have been there first. Hopefully I will be able to make it back out there soon to see what remains... I suspect I am going to be digging lots of trash signals like cans in case there is another pile of coins hiding in there...

I spent a couple more hours here this morning and I think this may be about it that was left. I'll have my buddy move the rest of the debris around and maybe something else is underneath but doubtful considering where everything else was found.

That's just silly crazy ! Crazy Silly ?
Anyway, Congrats on a great one. I just found three silver quarters the other day in one hole, five silvers in one day and I thought how
great that was! I know how I felt with those - You must have had a heart attack!
Fun, fun, fun...
How much area was involved? Do you think it was a stash in a container long gone ?

Ok...now that you have found the BIG ONE! At least in my mind its the big one, you must now retire and never pick up a metal detector again. Grins...Awesome find and congrats!
