I got done early today and wanted to detect a little after this monsoon of a rain We had last night, so I threw on a coat and gloves and away I went to a Civil War Camp that's been hunted for years. I had a little luck. Thanks for looking & Happy Hunting! IMG_4458.JPG IMG_4458.JPG IMG_4459.JPG IMG_4459.JPG IMG_4461.JPG IMG_4462.JPG

Sniff, sniff, sounds like you may be getting a cold from that rain and need to call in sick tomorrow. Great find for a quick after work hunt. ( if you find a huge gold cache, remember you called in sick so you cant tell anyone)

I use the 17" & the stock coil for My CTX with the sensitivity maxed out. All the bullets are scratchy and deep. Most that I've pulled out of there are between 9" & 16" deep. I know it was hard for me to believe also so I measured a .69 cal at 16" deep. Sure not gonna stop Me from digging them up lol. I'm hoping I swing acrossed a Belt Plate that has been missed and deeper than other machines could hit.
