    I really appreciate your comments. . . it means a lot to me personally.


    The first year I started metal detecting and found a gold, class ring, I went through a LOT of soul-searching about whether to locate itís owner. When I did contact the owner and returned his ring, his words of thanks meant more to me than itís value. Ever since then, it has gotten easier and easier to return an heirloom recovery. . . even if itís just giving a kid an Indian Head penny when heís curious about what you were digging in the grass.
