Nice assortment of relics a key, a bottle cap COCO 55 Paris ?, no idea. This is modern it was just under the leaves. A beauty of a green marble and a not so pleasing broken green marble. The smallest lipstick tube i have ever found. Two bullets both modern, but really like how white one is. The relic in the center is possibly a button, the center looks like a shank mark, but no sure.

This next find is intriguing, im thinking religious medal, but not sure either. Its shaped like a heart, one side looks like a virgin of some sort and the words " Matli Dei ". The other side is rough but I can make out the word " Jesus " Its paper thin, im thinking old but not certain. Any help is always welcomed.

Last but not least, this small caliber cartridge with an acorn, I thought it was neat.

Cool finds! And that was just what I was thinking, when I first saw the medal, a virgin for sure. Just not sure what kind. Sorry, couldn't resist. All in jest.

Excellent hunt, love the religious medal, dei is Latin for God, couldn't find "Malti" in my quick search. I bet that artifact is very old. Great job 8R!

Nice finds. If you want to get a date on the Buff there is a method I tried that was amazing. The buff will look new when finished, but you can get the date back. Vinegar in the freezer for about 30 minutes then add a little peroxide. Drop in the nickel and give it 24 hours. You might be surprised. I did all my dateless and it worked on them. Like I said it will turn out looking like a new nickel if that's what you want.

Hi Tom I have the same theory but not sure. I’ll keep trying to read the rest to see if I can get a better
Idea on when it was made.

Got give this a try, I have lots of dateless buffalos, the 24 hours are outside the freezer right?
