Well got off work early enough to hunt for an hour or so. My company bought some land that has a ranch house from the early 50's on it. I found 2 quarters and eight pennies and lots of trash, all clad coins. But the best find and my oldest so far was a dog tag (licence) from Black Hawk county Iowa dated 1950.That dog sure was a runner to end up in Colorado. The finds are getting better and more of them now that I'm learning my machine.

Way to go on finding the Dog Tag. Now you can start a collection of them. I have one that I just put together this year. My mother in law gave me some from the WWII era. They were made of plastic, cause all the metal went to the war. I think I must have over 40 different dog tags.
