Just bought my new Garrett AT Pro and have been metal detecting for the last few days on my ole 1847 farm. This is what I have found so far that is worth anything. I'm not sure if the belt buckles are Cival War era or not.
Lookin' good, Logan! I would appreciate some ID help for this bullet found during the same hunt. It is quite a bit smaller that the 3-ringers Logan found, and it has a flat instead of a kick-up base.
Nice finds. A coupe comments. The bullet on the right top is a fired Williams cleaner bullet. The one you mentioned in the later post is probably a fired Sharps, maybe even a Richmond sharps. The coin on the far right is an 18th century Connecticut copper and the 2nd iron "buckle" from the left is a modern link to a manure spreader, thankfully without the manure. Nice job.
