Ok so it's not much, but it is Gold... Just got back from my 2 day camping at my favorite spot that I go to in the summer. It's 97 degrees here and only in the 70's at 10,000 ft, so it was very comfortable. The top vessel is an accumulation of the years I been going to this spot. The bottom vessel is what I sluiced this trip. As you can see the old timers used mercury to extract the gold from the quartz, so you get some placer with it on it. The problem is, at that altitude the air is pretty thin so I can only do a couple days at a time. At 68 it is really a work-out!
