I figure it's a game piece or the like but looks old and very detailed. Has some weight to it.. pewter maybe?

How big is he? Definitely a Mohawk. Unusual stance if a toy soldier type figurine.

He stands just over 2". Looks like the top of the feather is missing so probably 2.25" originally.
