This is not any type of antiquity or anything I believe. I just can't make out what the image is or any of the writing around it.
Slick on the back side.
The hole drilled looks like they just drilled it out to wear as a pendant.
Some kind of copper alloy.
Any clues?

reminds me of a St. Francis medallion but even with the lettering being illegible, the lettering does not match unless perhaps it's in Latin
