Greetings .. Welcome to the forum .. That looks like quartz with veins of impurities.

More of the same.. Value? Not much value unless somebody wants a big rock.

1st - I noticed this was your very first post - so, Welcome Aboard Bwburris! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forum: Select Your Area.... for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).
2nd - You might consider posting your pictures on ROCKS/GEMS for more exposure...

You should search for a vein of more white quartz, This was a clue to gold hunting here in north Georgia. I have panned for gold and when you rid the large pebbles from the pan and have black sand it's highly likely you will find fine flakes. Not something you would quit your job for but it will fascinate you like an infection. Don't know where you are and if there is a history of gold in your location. It's easy to find black sand in your creeks. Quartz is a clue so give it a thought.

Yup that’s a chunk of quartz
I would rather see an authentic broken scraper posted than a G-10 Artifake!
