Yesterday, DeepseekerADS and I got out for a couple of hours of water detecting. I got $1.65 in change, one junk ring, an earring and a nice shiny ring stamped 750 with some shiny rocks on it. It still needs to be cleaned up and checked to see if they are good rocks or not. Another great day in the water.

Yep, I was there! What an absolutely beautiful ring. I thought my $1.88 was pretty cool, but then Steve snuck over and showed me that ring.....

My $1.88 just shrank right into oblivion!

Honestly and to the point, I've never seen a more beautiful ring, and that 18k stamp and the sparkly absolutely convinced me I'd witnessed "beautiful".

Congratulations my friend.

I'd say that must have been a very pretty lady to get that kinda ring to begin with. And, I'd say her BF would be mighty put out over her loss of the ring. I'm thinking he was military, was really in love, and is mighty disappointed in her right now. Perhaps right now he's in the process of finding another "love of his life"

Duh! What a find!

Last Monday I had the luck of finding a newly engaged young ladies ring for her and I got this on Friday. Good Karma, maybe? I have left cards with my contact info at all of the park offices that i hunt and i ask on the way in if anything has been reported lost. I can't believe this wasn't reported. It spent yesterday on my wifes finger. She prefers silver over gold but still spent a lot of time staring at it. It was a great day!

What a Beauty!! WoW!!

I would bet they are real...never seen fakes in a 18k....

I have 2 18k rings with fake stones, both made in Asia. I found them both in the water about 8 years ago. I was really surprised when I tested them. The gold is good , the stones are not.

I hope yours are real Indian Steve. Keep swingin.

Nice ring! Last week I found a little charm exactly like the one you found. I recognized the design on front and back from a religious necklace I found a couple of years ago. I need to look it up again because I forgot the information behind it but that's funny because it's not the first time I've found something then get on TNET and see where someone else found an identical piece.
