I see four pics of a cent that has normal circulation damage. Each also lacks detail. Were you using a handheld device to make these images? If so, learn to use a tripod or other mount for your camera of choice. Pics will be clearer, showing much more detail, unlike what you are showing here.

Time for more coffee.

Please describe in detail where you think you see doubling. Without further evidence, my opinion is that you are seeing what you want to see.

I am with galenrog, not seeing any die doubling at all. Can you point it out? Is it on the obverse or reverse?

I really meant the post office as a question not as a statement but thank you for your help. They were in a box outside in the trash file like someone kept them for a good reason

You found them in a box, in a trash file(?), and therefore believe they were kept for a reason. How a post office got into this, I have no clue, as it was not mentioned in the original post. Perhaps it is the lack of coffee, but to my stroke addled brain, this makes no sense. Did you make the original post because you believed the coin(s) were from a doubled die, or not?

Definitely time for coffee.

Yes, I'm more confused than before! So do you see the doubling on the obverse or reverse and where exactly?
